Our Commercial Lawn Mowing Process
- Mowing and Trimming will be done once per week.
- Mowing will be done on the same day every week, unless holidays or weather alters our schedule. A specific day will be assigned for mowing.
- Weekly mowing will start the 2nd week of May (weather permitting) and will continue through the second week of October.
- Debris, trash, and dead branches will be picked up from all turf areas.
- All hard surfaces (driveways, sidewalks, and curb lines) and any landscaping will be blown clean of grass clippings.
- Please have animal waste picked up, as well as toys, hoses, sporting goods, etc. as we are not responsible for any damage caused to, or from, such items.
- Urban Landworks, LLC will determine if it is too wet/dry to mow. Any areas we deem too wet or dry will be skipped to avoid any damage. Any damage caused by us, will be repaired at no additional charge.
- No credits will be given if mowing is skipped due to drought or when requested to skip.
Spring Clean-up:
- Will be completed by May 15, weather permitting.
- Leaves and debris will be cleaned out from any turf areas and landscaping.
- All debris will be collected from property, hauled and disposed of at no additional cost.
Fall Clean-up:
- Will be completed the last week of October.
- Leaves and debris will be cleaned out from any turf areas and landscaping.
- All debris will be collected from property, hauled and disposed of at no additional cost.
- All perennials can be cut down for an extra charge, please notify account manager to provide service.
Fertilizing and Weed Control:
- Mid April-Early May: Application of pre-emergent crab grass controland fertilizer
- June-July: Application of slow release fertilizer, plus weed control.
- September-October: Application of balance reate fertilizer, winter prep.
- Broadleaf weed control will be done on an as needed basis.
Landscape Bed Maintenance:
- Beds will be sprayed for weeds, if a new property needs “sucker” trees in beds an shrubs, this will be done at an hourly rate. Must accept this service in contract.
Irrigation:
- Spring start up of system. Heads will be adjusted correctly and working properly. Broken heads will be replaced at our current rates. Any repair(s) needed outside replacing heads will be reported for approval before any work is done.
- Fall blow out of system.
Shrub Trimming:
- Shrubs will be trimmed 2x per season to appropriate height and shape.
- First trimming will take place in June.
- Sept/Oct all shrubs will be trimmed a second time. If accepted in contract.
- Any shrub over 6 foot will not be trimmed.
