Details of Service for Urban Landworks

• We will visit your property every week and provide service.
• Mowing will be done on the same day every week unless holidays or weather alters our schedule. You will be assigned a specific day for
  mowing.
• Weekly mowing will start the 2nd full week of May (weather and lawn condition permitting) and will continue though the 3rd full week of
  October. Any mowing done after that will be done at the customer’s request.
• All hard surfaces (driveways, sidewalks, and curb lines) will be blown clean of grass clippings.
• Please have your animal waste picked up as well as toys, hoses, sporting goods, etc. as we are not responsible for any damage caused to or from such items.
• Urban Landworks will determine if it is too wet or dry to mow. We will skip mowing if necessary to prevent us from causing any damage. However, we will trim any areas that is needed, pick up branches, and blow off all hard surface’s and deck.
  ***Note: Branches that can be handled by hand will be collected and stacked by garbage can area or side of driveway. For
  additional charge, we can haul branch piles away. Please contact us for this service.
  ***Large storm clean up (branch pick up) is not included.
• If you are paying a flat monthly rate for service, you will not be issued a credit if we do not mow.

• Leaves and debris will be blown from any landscaping on property.
• Leaves and debris will be power raked and removed from lawn.
• Spring Clean-Up’s will begin the 1st or 2nd week of April, weather and lawn condition permitting.
• Leaf and debris hauling and disposal are included in quoted price.
• Pine needles and branches are NOT included in quoted price. We will remove these items upon request for an extra charge.

• Leaves and Debris will be blown from landscape beds and any areas on the property leaves collect.
• Leaf and Debris hauling and disposal are included in the quoted price.
• Fall Clean-Ups will begin the last week of October and continue until the weather does not allow us to work.
• If you select the one-time clean-up price we will not come until we are requested by the customer or all the leaves have fallen off your trees. Once Clean-Up is complete, we are not responsible for leaves that blow into your yard from your neighbors. By request we will return for additional clean-up for an additional charge.
• If you select the two time clean-up price we will come Late-October for your 1st Clean-Up and return when all the leaves have fallen off
  your trees to do a final Clean-up for the year. Again, we are not responsible for leaves that blow into your yard from your neighbors after
  2nd clean-up is complete.

Applied 7 times per season

Organic Mosquito Spray is a three-in-one product allowing applicators to deliver a complete mosquito barrier in one treatment. • Spring Start Up of system. $22.00 per Zone. Heads will be adjusted correctly and working properly. Broken heads will be replaced at the
  rates below. Any repair(s) needed outside replacing heads will be reported homeowner for approval before any work is done.
• Fall Blow Out of system. $24.00 per Zone.
  **Service call: $125.00
  **Hourly Man Hour Rate: $125.00/Hour
  **Helper – $90/hour

• Trigger depth for plowing is 1 inch. This is not cumulative over time.
• Open up of driveway will be done at 6 inches of snow. Best effort is made to have open ups done by 7AM and 5 PM. No shoveling will be done at this time. If you get shoveling service.
• Once snow fall ceases final clean up of driveway will be done and shoveling will be completed.
• A one time clean up after city plows go through is included in pricing. If called to do additional clean up after city doing additional push
  back plowing customer will be charged $30.00 for service.
• Mail box plowing is not included in pricing.

• Shoveling will be completed when snowfall is complete

Seasonal Contract

• Billed Monthly in 5 equal payments. November through March. Any plowing after March will be done on a per time basis.
• Contract is for only 60 inches of seasonal snow. If seasonal snow total exceeds 60 inches the contract will revert to per time rates.
• Service will be billed the first of every month.

Per Time Contract

• Base price is for 1-4 inches of snow
• Snow falls that exceed 4.1 inches, customer will be charged 9 dollars for every inch over 4 inches. Customer will be billed for total snow
  fall, not the number of times we we plow.
• Readings for total snowfall amounts are taken from the NWS Service and physical measurements taken by Urban Landworks.
